Kathryn Chiver's first came to 121 Inc. seeking a grant to launch into her dream of owning and running a yoga business from home.
Kathryn told our Board about how traditional workplaces were no longer suited to her vision impairment and found yoga to be a peaceful and easily run business at a pace suitable to her.
Kathryn was also able to explore this opportunity with the support of a Customized Employment program through her NDIS funding plan.
Kathyn's grant allowed her the opportunity to develop some better marketing tools and purchase items to add the right feng shui and ambiance to her home based yoga studio.
